How To Write A Clinical Note In PureEHR?

  1. Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.

  1. Search the patient whose information you want to edit. 

  2. That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below. 

  1. Go to the Clinical Dashboard tab, and then click on the Care Team Member as shown below.

  1. One can also edit care team members by clicking on the Edit Care Team Member button as shown below. 

  1. Search the provider you want in your care team and click on the Save button as shown below. Your care team members are successfully saved. 

  1. One can also delete care team members by clicking on the Trash icon as shown below and your care team member will be deleted successfully.
